General Information

International Visiting Researchers Unit;

provides support and consultancy to researchers who come as International Visiting Students and Researchers regarding the procedures 
to be carried out during and after the application process.

ensures coordination of communication between incoming guests and academic and administrative units.

carries out the necessary procedures to ensure that the International Visiting Researcher can benefit from facilities such as the library, 
cafeteria, guest house, gym, and IT services as a visitor and informs the relevant units.

carries out the process of issuing "Gazi University International Visiting Researcher Identity Card" to the International Visiting Researcher 
who declares that she/he will visit for at least 15 (fifteen) days.

ensures that the documents related to the applications of visiting researchers accepted to the university are kept, protected and archived.
